Casa 44 is located in a beautiful valley, 10 mins drive from the pretty Moorish village of Lubrin.
The house is an eco friendly residence, almost fully powered by solar energy with its own water filtration system.
The village has 2 supermarkets, 2 bakers, a butchers, hardware shop, health centre, and pharmacy. In Lubrin, there is also a beautiful municipal outdoor pool with its own bar / restaurant (mid summer only), in addition to the four excellent, friendly bars and restaurants in the village.

The award winning, unspoilt beaches of Mojacar are a 40 minute drive away.
The guest house is independent to the host's residence, having its own entrance, parking, terrace, and pool.

The house has two bedrooms - one king-size bed with garden views and one shared twin.

There is a comfortable lounge/diner with dining table, arm chairs, and wall mounted smart screen TV for easy viewing from any digital device or platform;
i.e, You Tube, Netflix, etc.

The bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, hand basin, WC, and washing machine.
There is also a hair dryer, iron and board.

As well as a venue for songwriting retreats, Casa 44 is also a popular holiday rental available all year round.
We have a cat and a very friendly dog who do not enter the the Casa but are worth bearing in mind, if are uncomfortable with animals.
